Raita: Yogurt Salad





Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain Turkish Yogurt
  • 1 large cucumber (chopped) 
  • 3 table spoon fresh mint leaves (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch sugar
Method:

Place the drianed yogurt in a medium bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Place, covered, in refrigerator for 1 hour to cool. Stir well and serve.
