Ingredients:
- 2 large golden apples
- Juice of half a lemon
- 2 cups water
- 3 cloves
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
Method:
Place the apples, lemon juice, water, cloves, ginger, sugar and cinnamon in a meduim saucepan over medium heat. Boil until the apples are softened, 10-15 minutes. Discard the cloves. Transfer into a blender and process until liquefied, add the yogurt and blend again Refrigerate 2-4 hours.
