Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Turkish Yogurt
- 1 large cucumber (chopped)
- 3 table spoon fresh mint leaves (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch sugar
Method:
Place the drianed yogurt in a medium bowl, add the remaining ingredients and stir well to combine. Place, covered, in refrigerator for 1 hour to cool. Stir well and serve.
